Express Delivery
Orders placed with our Express Delivery service should be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch if ordered by 9pm. This is a recorded service so you will have the ability to track the progress of your order prior to delivery.
Please note your expected delivery day is dependent on the time your order is placed and delivery times will change on bank holidays.
Ship To Shop Explained
Need your order ASAP but you're not going to be in to receive it? Simply choose our Ship To Shop option and we will deliver your order to your local DPD Pick Up point. This includes Halfords stores and many local newsagents and pharmacies.
UK Next Working Day
Orders placed with our UK Next Working Day service should be delivered within 1 working day of dispatch. This is a recorded service so you will have the ability to track the progress of your order prior to delivery.
Please note your expected delivery day is dependent on the time your order is placed and delivery times will change on bank holidays.

Postcode exclusions:
There are selected UK destinations where we are unable to offer next day delivery due to courier restrictions. In most cases our express delivery service will reach these destinations within 2 working days. If next day delivery is unavailable in your postcode area and you have selected the next day delivery option in the basket you will be prompted during the checkout process and given the opportunity to select an alternative delivery method.
Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Orders placed with either our Saturday or Sunday Delivery service should be delivered on the Saturday or Sunday after your order is dispatched. This is a recorded service so you will have the ability to track the progress of your order prior to delivery.

Bank Holiday Exceptions
Our operating hours and those of our delivery partners vary over bank holidays. Please allow extra time for deliveries over bank holiday periods.
Please note that for UK Next Working Day orders, bank holidays are not classed as working days. Therefore, orders will be dispatched and will arrive on the next working days after the bank holidays. Your expected delivery day is dependent on the time your order is placed.
Our Saturday & Sunday Delivery service is not available over some bank holiday weekends.
Lithium Battery Delivery Restrictions
Lithium batteries have been added to the Royal Mail Group list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to ship these items using this courier. If you require such an item you will be prompted to select our Express or UK Next Working Day delivery service which uses DPD who are continuing to ship these items.
Stock Availability & Failed Delivery

We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. We use a stock indication system to give you an idea of how soon we should be able to dispatch your item. Please note that you will only pay the delivery charge once. If you order 2 items or more by an express delivery and 1 item is unavailable this item will be despatched when available by non-express delivery.
What happens if the item is damaged in transit?
We and our carriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage then please notify us online or by contacting Customer Services, within 3 working days. If a signature is required, please sign that the parcel is 'Damaged' Return a damaged item here (you will need your order details to hand).

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive?
If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you allow 3 weeks before it can officially be declared "lost in transit" in which case we will then initiate a claims process. To notify us of a failed delivery please contact Customer Services.
Orders may be sent from our distribution centre in the UK or France. Certain shipments may incur local customs duties and taxes that will be made payable to your local postal provider. Duties and taxes will vary depending on the delivery destination and the value of your order; unfortunately because these are paid locally we cannot give you a breakdown of possible charges in advance of your order being placed. If you have provided us with a valid email address or phone number you will contacted by your local postal provider to make payment. These duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you choose not to pay these duties and taxes then your order will be held for 3 days before being sent back to us. In these instances we will always refund you the full product order value. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order.
